The products behind the categories, by name. This is the only page in the section that names a vendor. The category pages say what a kind of tool does and never which product does it, so when a product is renamed, sold or retired, this page changes and they stay correct.
Entries sit under the category they belong to, in the order of the pyramid, and alphabetically within each category. Each one gives the product, the company that makes it, what it is in that category's terms, a link to the vendor's own page, and the date it was last confirmed against that page, written as YYYY-MM-DD on its own line. This page's verified date is never later than the oldest of those dates, and the build fails once it is more than a year old, so no entry can go unchecked for longer than that.
A name that has been renamed, bought or replaced keeps an entry of its own, marked in its heading. It says what happened, what replaced it and where that is recorded, so a name you arrive with still leads somewhere.
The entries are the tools this site's own writing names, mostly in the post on the categories of AI-assisted development and MCP Servers Worth Knowing When You Build With AI. Where that writing names nothing for a category, the category says so rather than being filled to look complete. There are no prices, rankings or comparisons here.
Listing is not endorsement. No vendor reviewed, paid for or sponsored this page, and none endorses this section. Order within a category is alphabetical, not a ranking. The author uses Kiro as his main editor, as the MCP servers post says, and it is listed on the same terms as every other entry.
